Aaron Minard
Aaron Minard has decades of experience aligning solutions to leaders and organizations greatest needs.
He has collaborated with organizations across diverse sectors, including healthcare, oil & gas, aerospace, government agencies, universities, and leading research institutions.
A graduate of the Wharton UPenn Chief Strategy Officer Program, Aaron combines proven business strategy with deep spiritual insight to help leaders gain clarity, make wise decisions, and execute with excellence. Drawing from his experience as a husband, father, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ, he helps guide clients as they build soul-prospering businesses, developing high-performing teams, strengthening their families, and living out their God-given purpose.
This process of leadership transformation is the key to acquiring new levels of peace through purpose.
Aaron and his wife, Joya, are co-founders of Boaz Strategic, an executive coaching and strategic consulting agency that helps business owners, executives, and their teams discover new levels of transformational leadership designed to help them flourish in both business and life.

Joya Minard
Joya is a devoted wife, mother of four daughters, and the heart behind much of the relational strength at Boaz Strategic. As co-founder alongside her husband Aaron, she serves as a vital partner in the firm's mission to help leaders build prosperous companies and enduring, multi-generational legacies. With a strong administrative gifting, she brings warmth, wisdom, and excellence to the firm's daily operations while helping shape its family-first approach.
Deeply committed to faith, family, and Kingdom impact, Joya helps ensure that the leadership development offered at Boaz Strategic is truly holistic — honoring God, strengthening marriages, and cultivating Christ-centered homes. Together with Aaron, she models the integrated, Spirit-led life they coach others to pursue: building successful businesses without sacrificing what matters most.

Aaron and Joya Minard's story is unique and one of a kind. In spite of adversity and trials, they've persevered together by keeping their focus on Jesus Christ and surrendering to His guidance.
Every great leader will face challenges in their relationships, especially with those closest to him. Our heart is for the busy business owner or executive who is fighting to balance honoring God in his business and honoring his family at home. As the home goes, so goes the man, and so goes the business.
As parents to their school-age children, Aaron and Joya prioritize "Family Wins," intentional time together (from backyard campfires and backpacking adventures to local Tulsa traditions), and raising the next generation to walk boldly in their purpose in Christ. Their shared commitment to biblical manhood, legacy building, and accountability fuels the broader mission of Boaz Strategic.
